The 20Th Annual Report Of The Sec (Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 1954) Indicates That A Number Of Amendments To The Securities Laws As Well As Revisions Of Rules Became Effective In That Year, There Is, However, No Explanation For The Change In The Statistics.
