Future General Activity, Perceptions of Respondents for the Region forecasts the change in general business activity for of the region based on perceptions of respondents over the next six months for reporting service firms. The General Business Activity is the broadest measure of the Nonmanufacturing Business Outlook Survey. The diffusion index is calculated by taking the percent reporting increases and subtracting the percentage reporting decreases.
